- Ceramic as regular workDiamond wheels, proper coolant and fixtures built for brittle material, not a carbide shop taking an occasional ceramic job.
- Inspection you can showCMM, profilometer or flatness measurement, and a report the buyer can read.
- A clear routeYou say which parts you grind from sintered blanks and which you green machine and fire, including what you subcontract.
- Response timeYou reply to buyers within 48 hours, even when the answer is no.
- Honest quotingYou decline features you cannot hold rather than quote and chip the part on the last pass.

Questions shops ask
Is one RFQ sold to many shops?
No. Each RFQ goes to 3 shops at most, and only to shops whose grinding equipment and ceramic grades fit the part.
How much does a lead cost?
The price is on every preview, before you decide. It depends on part complexity, ceramic grade and order size. You only pay for the leads you choose.
What if a lead is not what the preview described?
Tell us and we review it. If the buyer contact does not work or the part differs clearly from the preview, we credit the lead.
Which shops fit this network?
Any country. What matters is that you grind technical ceramics as regular work, not as an occasional job on a metal machine. Shops that only green machine and shops that only hard grind are both welcome, since we match by route as well as by grade.
